Personal Training Sessions
Three important factors of an effective workout is intensity, volume and frequency. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon, and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness and improved cardiac function.

During our 30 minute consultation we will first establish if we are compatible. We will review your goals, dedication, availability and assess if my experience and skill set can help you reach them. Once we agree to move forward we will complete a fitness test and set up our game plan to achieve your goals!
60 minute Session
Sixty-minute training sessions allow us to complete your warmup, stretching, cardio and strength training in 1-2 sessions a week. Of course this will vary depending on a person’s fitness level, reason for training, liking for a sport, weight loss goal, recovery time and more.
Training time depends on the clients needs.
During the consultation we will determine your goals, achievability and time frame needed.
